Strategic Data Systems, Inc. (SDS) is pleased to announce that it has been awarded the MyNavy Career Center (MNCC) Tier 1 MyNavy Human Resources (HR) Support Services contract.
This $250 million, five-year prime contract – the largest in SDS’s history – positions the company to provide comprehensive, 24/7 Tier 1 pay and personnel support. Our support covers the entire Hire-to-Retire lifecycle. With up to 550 dedicated professionals operating across eight locations nationwide, SDS is committed to delivering responsive services, maintaining precise personnel records, and ensuring that service members, their families, retirees, and veterans receive consistent and reliable support throughout their careers.
The work conducted under this contract serves a vital function in advancing MyNavyHR’s broader mission: to enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of services delivered to Sailors, Fleet Commanders, and the Navy as a whole. These services directly affect pay, personnel, and travel transactions, all of which are critical for readiness, informed command decisions, and the overall experience of service members.
