Paid Time Off (PTO)
SDS recognizes that our employees periodically need time away from work for rest and relaxation. In addition, there are times when employees are ill or have the need to conduct personal business away from work. Our policy is developed with those needs in mind. Holiday pay provided to eligible full-time employees.
Insurance
SDS offers group insurance programs including health, dental, vision, life, AD&D, long term disability, and short term disability to eligible, full-time employees and their eligible dependents.
Retirement Savings Plans (401k)
SDS offers eligible employees a 401(k) Employer-Sponsored Retirement Plan. A 401(k) plan provides participants the opportunity to invest pre-tax dollars in a tax-deferred retirement plan.
Certification Reimbursement Program
Strategic Data Systems offers paid certification training, as well as exam fee reimbursement, based on position requirements.
