Senior Service Desk Technician

  1. Location: Kansas City, MO (64131)
  2. Clearance: Secret
  3. Shift: M-F, 8 hour shift between 6am to 6pm
  4. Certifications:
    1. Security+ (CE)
    2. ITIL or HDI or COBIT certification
  5. Experience:
    1. Minimum 3 years of customer service experience in an IT environment; within (3) years of experience:
      1. (2) years of IT ticketing system experience (any ticketing system, but Remedy preferred)
      2. (1) year experience with remote support tools
  6. Overall Job Description:
    1. Under broad supervision, conduct operations in support of the Service Desk,
      execute scripts, answer calls, troubleshoot/resolve/and or escalate technical
      issues, open and close tickets, correlate events and incidents for management
      of Information Technology Services.
