Program Management Strategic Data Systems uses a process modeled after the PMI key process areas to ensure that we address the customers needs, provide clear direction, and produce a quality product on time and within budget.

Systems Engineering our cradle-to-grave approach ensures that customer requirements are met with the most effective solution. SDS employs principles that include ENCOSE and SEI CMMI processes and DODAF and UML diagramming to architect and define systems.
Software Engineering extends the systems engineering process to define and develop systems. UML diagrams form the building blocks for software development. SDS employs software engineers with C++, C#, Open GL and JAVA language skills utilizing the SEI CMMI level 5 processes.
Test Engineering is an early, parallel, and independent process to reduce development time and ensure that we test to requirements and not design.
Our approach is to build a trusted relationship with our customer
through low risk, cost effective engineering services. SDS is able to
provide engineering personnel at our customer's site or provide
engineering solutions on a contract basis.
Communications
Strategic Data Systems supplies systems engineering and software
engineering services for military data link systems development. These
data links allow C4ISR systems to communicate:
Telemetry and Payload Downlinks from space or UAV platforms |
Command and Control Uplinks to space or UAV platforms |
Systems Status and Situation Awareness for aircraft, ships and

Imagery
Strategic Data Systems employs experts in imagery capture, dissemination,
exploitation, and presentation. Our imagery experts can be a vital part of
reducing the sensor-to-shooter timeline for military applications or in
developing more efficient means of disseminating or delivering real-time
imagery data to widely dispersed and disparate users. Our employees have
provided imagery analysis and support services for NASA, US military, and US
Intelligence Community programs.
