Job Description:

Computer Support Technician (CSR)
- Miramar Air Station, San Diego, CA

- 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday – Friday
- Full-time position with benefits

You will:

Use your IT skills to identify, troubleshoot and support field desktop systems/applications.

Provide desktop and system administration support via phone and at end-user locations on a military base supporting civilian & military personnel.

Use web based help desk work order software (Remedy) working in an Active Directory environment.

Install and configure computer hardware, networks, software, printers and PDA's and work with software troubleshooting involving MS Office and Microsoft Exchange, etc.

Required - U.S. Citizenship and an active Government Secret Security Clearance  or a background suitable to qualify for clearance.
