Benefits Summary
A comprehensive package
As an eligible* employee of Strategic Data Systems, you may enroll in any or all of the following benefits, including:
- Personal time off. After 6 months of continuous employment, up to 4.62 hours earned bi-weekly up to 120 hours per year.
- Paid Holidays (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and
Veteran's Day).
- Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance. SDS contributes 80% of employee premium. Eligibility begins on the first day of the month following thirty days of continuous employment. Paperless online enrollment.
- Section 125 Premium-only Plan (POP). Employees have the option of using pre-tax compensation to pay for qualified medical, dental, and vision premiums.
- 401(k) Employee Sponsored Retirement Plan.
- Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance of $20,000. 100% company paid.
- Long-term Disability Insurance. 100% company paid.
- Up to 17 days authorized leave without pay (with full accrual of benefits) per fiscal year for short-term compulsory active-duty assignments.
